Good location about 5minutes on the bus from the airport, Meeting rooms were great, sound proof and meets our need. Staff were always at hand to help The indoor gym, swimming pool, steaming room, warm bath jacuzzi were great experience for me. The windows were double gazed and temperature was very good

I booked in this hotel by booking.com with discount, it was a fantastic experience great hotel amazing services. Mr Spencer was so cooperative helps us with everything we need. I was with my friend and daughter 💕 the location of the hotel is near to the airport but you have to take a bus to go to the town and shopping. The hotel has restaurant and bar and swimming pool and gym. The food is perfect! The breakfast was amazing everything is available and great service from the employees. Our stay were included the breakfast and dinner. About the rooms it’s so clean. The beds are comfortable the bathroom has all what you need and the place is quiet and cozy. I really recommend the stay here you will not regret 🤍🇸🇦

The hotel desk was excellent. Very professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, except for the bed. Not to my comfort level.. The Hotel restaurant offered up a menu for "everyone" , and the food delicious. Breakfast also had variety, and excellent coffee. Location close to the airport was a bonus for those looking to catch flights , with city busses every 10 minutes, seamlessly shuttling travelers. Many extras available, like swimming pool , GYM, sef serve snack fridge.. I would use this hotel again

Value, Cleanliness, Parking. Local Dark Haired receptionist was a credit to the organisation. We were informed of the policy of rooms only being fully serviced every three days. Apparently some guests are not happy about this. Honestly this makes commercial and environmental sense and I completely agree with it. It would be interesting to know the increase in operational costs due to the current economic crisis, I am pretty sure they would be staggering. By adopting such measures the room rates remain affordable and the hotel fully staffed. Such measures should be commended.

The friendliness of the staff was outstanding throughout. Great location close to the airport..short taxi ride to the zoo and the city centre/ Royal Mile. Large family room with 2 large double beds. Although the temperatures were high during our visit the hotel and bedrooms were suitably cool. Gym was air-conditioned and the pool was warm and well maintained. Ample choice at breakfast and dinner in both the bar and restaurant was decent. ATM and water fonts provided.

The breakfast was good, particularly the hot breakfast (fresh, good quality, not sitting around for hours going stale). Room was very nice (we had an upgrade), bed was comfortable, huge TV and tea/coffee facilities. Bar area was busy and plenty of staff available.

Airport proximity, service station proximity e.g. for hire car fillup before return, and shopping for simple breakfast items. Good for road travel access. Well appointed hotel with numerous facilities, and decent tea making equipment in the room. Close to public transport busses for city centre access.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel was in a great location, especially foe those coming from the airport. Food at the restaurant was good although a bit pricey. We enjoyed the pool which opened until 9pm so we were able to enjoy the day out and come back to have quick dip.
